VPS for Rust Server (10 slots)

I am looking for a VPS to host a Rust server for 10 players.
Specs needed:
- Control Panel: Must have a Game Panel (Pterodactyl, TCAdmin, etc.) for easy management and mod installation.
- CPU: 3 or 4 vCPU
- RAM: 8-10GB Ram
- Storage: 40 GB+ NVMe SSD
- Location: Europe (Germany/NL preferred) or Turkey
We will run a 3000 map size with a few lightweight mods (3x, /kit, /at).
