In accordance with local Russian legislation. If you are not a Russian citizen and are ordering a VPS in another country (US, NL, DE, FI) then VPNs and proxies are allowed.

Russian legislation doesn't prohibit vpn/proxy as I know but why your company does?

Russian legislation prohibits the offering of anything that helps Russians circumvent local restrictions on access to resources (such as youtube.com, facebook.com, etc.).

ASMR is all that matters, and there's heaps and mounds of ASMR on youtube that no other place has in such abundance. What Russian alternatives would you recommend to fellow Russian people who lost access to their youtube ASMR?

(it's a trick question tossed there for anyone, to attempt to chart some more ASMR territory hihi)

Heh, I think the Runet is full of ASMR videos. I mostly watch videos about cats and car crashes, and TikTok and VK have a lot of both.

BTW. We have added the ability to pay via pawpayments, and this is a good solution for foreigners who want to pay with bank cards.
