I looking for cheap VPS with root, prefer in Europe region for running python script.
I need minimum 2GB RAM, and prefer 2vCPU, space isn't really imporant (10GB I think is enough)

Which disaster zone do you come from, where people sold you VPS without root access, that now you need to specifically clarify you need one "with root"? Every single VPS offer on this forum includes root access to your VPS, otherwise it would not be a VPS offer, but titled something else (shared hosting, shell account, seedbox, etc).
