A little specification would likely help your request. I mean most of it is pretty clear but the DMCA part can mean a lot of things and will likely to get you a bunch of bullshit offers. There is a ton of difference if you want to do a little torrenting, run on user generated content and need some leniency for removing stuff or you want to start a full blown warez site.
I want to use it for movie website. I have the one ma using currently but the issue with it is DDoS attack, it doesn't have, so that why am looking for another vos that does.
That'll be somewhat tough since only very few of the hosts claiming to be DMCA ignorant can actually tank any kind of serious legal pressure. Your best bet is probably to have some semi-ignorant (as long as there's no content on the server itself you could likely still somewhat fit into a grey area in less legally defined places) host hidden behind WAF/CDN but i very much doubt you'll find anything out in the open that will just keep you online no matter what. Maybe as long as your a small fish but as soon as actual threads roll in they'll all just drop you. Anything else would be pretty expensive anyways.
