I'm looking for a VPS with excellent latency to the Cloudflare network (WARP/CDN) and low latency to ArvanCloud CDN (185.143.234.235).
Preferred locations:
- France (FR)
- Germany (DE)
- Netherlands (NL)
- Finland (FI)
- Turkey (TR)
- Other nearby European locations or locations with good routing to Cloudflare and Iran are welcome
Requirements:
- KVM virtualization preferred
- IPv4 required
- 1 Gbps port or higher
- 20–30 TB monthly traffic, or reasonably priced bandwidth upgrades
- Alternatively, 200 Mbps+ unmetered bandwidth (similar to OVH plans)
- Stable network performance and good routing are more important than CPU power
The VPS will be used for an Xray-core VPN service.

India (OVH) should have better latency from Iran than EU
Of your list, NL is usually the safest bet routing-wise (AMS-IX), FI can be hit or miss towards the Middle East. And whatever you pick — don't trust daytime looking glass numbers, ask for a test IP and check it at peak evening hours from where your users are. Routes that look clean at noon often fall apart after 8pm.
Not an good idea imagine connecting to EU game servers
And most india and dubai servers has higher ping than eu servers
The only two locations i test and had good latency are
Gcore Armenia about 40~80MS
And most turkey servers 40~80ms
Did you consider like...Not sending drones to your neighbors?
Obviously Iran will not have any upstreams now in UAE. Well deserved.
