    Well, I can imagine that moving from an offer outside of Asia to Asia (which is almost always is more expensive) isn't possible.

    However, the cryptic "price increase email" is something that should deserve it's own topic here on LET. Or at least more attention. It's put so cryptic that FOMO almost hits. Also it has statements in it that don't match with the situation - like saying that you can change time periods while you can't. I was stuck to the initial period. Also, just after the mail/renewing, my VPS suddenly got into 10+% continious CPU steal, and then became unstable. Ticket created and after some discussion ("Your VPS works normally") put to someone else. A couple of days ago. I can see that the steal is lowered, but still not at the level it was before.

    And the steal is high again... peaking at 25+% and on average above 10...

    Yep also having steal but it fluctuates a lot...max is around 25%

    AVOID - they're suspended my account, no warning, no contacts - claimed it's due to spam with no evidence even though it barely hosts anything. I'm now concerned their "renew now to lock in your price" was because the company is about to go belly up and they're trying to scam money as there is absolutely no legitimate reason to suspend any of my accounted. @rarecloud

    "Instant Activation - seconds, not hours" - seems unfortunately not true? Been waiting for a couple of hours now. You also have a spamhaus listing, by the way. I didn't receive any email because you are DBL'd: https://check.spamhaus.org/results?query=rarecloud.io

    Instead of refunding the order as requested, because the marketing claim was clearly not true, they just ignored the request. The server was created almost half a day after order. Clearly not "instant activation".
