Looking for colocation for my own 1U server in Frankfurt, DE
Requirements:

- 1 Gbps port
- Customer-operated VXLAN/tunnels permitted

Thanks for the offer. I am planning to bring my own IP transit and DDoS protection via a different VXLAN provider in Frankfurt, so I wouldn’t need the included traffic, DDoS protection, or IP services
How much would just the 1U space, power, and network port (with VXLAN/tunnels permitted) cost? I’m mainly looking for the colo itself.
Not sure if you’re able to meet my requirements, Equinix is very expensive haha.

This may be off-topic but I thought may be worth a shot, if Nuremberg (Hetzner) still works for you, we could colocate you for the 1U server you described for 95€/mo (+VAT) and a 1Gbps port without filtering, you can put any tunnel you want on it.
If in the future you'd wish to get DDoS protection from us, we are very strong in this regard and it would incur an additional charge to be discussed based on needs.
As for setup, it would depend on how much time the tech takes for the Rack&Stack, usually for a 1U server it may be anywhere between 15-30 minutes (averages around 50€).
We can provide any necessary cables, and/or console access (including in the future, you can just request one)

The point with IP transit that you want to supply on your own, i do not really understand.
Either you want a separate BGP Session to where ever, then there is transport + Port cost involved. Or you want to create tunnels and use what ever IP space, but the tunnel has obviously go through some line the provider is providing to you.
The connectivity can not come out of nowhere ;-)

Asking MK Netzdienste might be worth, they're not on LET as far as I know. They run their own data center in Frankfurt.
