Hi everyone,
I'm looking for a reliable provider that resells OVH VPS infrastructure.
My specific requirement is that I need outbound Port 25 unblocked/allowed for sending mail.

Understandably. Mailservers on OVH IPs probably have superior delivery (even better than Hetzner!).
Since this is already your second thread asking for VPSes with outbound port 25 unblocked -- earlier it was for Hetzner, now it's for OVH -- perhaps you could say more precisely what the intended use would be?
Yes, "for sending mail", but for sending what kind of mail and in what quantity?
Also, why don't you order from Hetzner and/or OVH directly?
It is not always straightforward with their arbitrary ways to run KYC, so probably OP could not pass it.
Most IPs are allready blacklisted, so not worth to buy for email.
