Is this a dual socket setup? If not why on earth run such an incredibly weak dual socket CPU in a single socket configuration? It's basicallly like the $20 Sexcore Phenom someone dug up recently had miraculously found 6 additional cores (~2x multicore, same singlecore)...
If this is a single socket board at least invest $5 on Ebay for a 1620v2 to double it's single core performance (god forbid a $20 1650v2 or beyond that...) and if it's a dual socket board add a second CPU... literally any CPU - i'm not even suggesting to spend the $15 on a set of 2637v2 but ~$60/m on a single 2620v2 is beyond rough.
TL;DR: You can still do kinda neat configs from the bargain bin but this isn't one of those.
