i need a vps which will be used as a self hosted runner.
Requirements are:
4c
8gb ram
60gb ssd
will run only for some minutes
location can be anywhere - europe preferred

2nd vps:
3c
6gb ram
40gb ssd
location can be anywhere - europe preferred

annually payments are ok when you are not a newcomer

Just one question: 100 percent cpu usage for a shirt time won't be a problem or should a customer limit the cpu usage? Longest run was 10 minutes and normally they finish in 1 to 2 minutes
