@jayjay from mlnl.host seems to have dedis at skylink, however I'm not sure about availability.
@HOSTCAY from hostcay has dedis there as well but only Intel AFAIK.
@rsk from layer.ae has Ryzen dedis, they are likely at skylink via tube-hosting.
Just giving you some options, i have never personally used any of those.
We don't have AMD options but instead Intel in our Skylink Location with 10-40 Gbps.
