How can I use the homepage in English?
Currently not, but it is in development.
That always depends on what you mean by “good.” We think it's good, of course, but there's always room for improvement. Quite a few customers run game servers and are satisfied.
removal of VAT?
We do not have an VAT System currently. But even if we did have one, it wouldn't make any difference in price for the end customer.

We can set the billing cycle manually to yearly for you. Soon it will be automatically possible with a discount.
Will it also be possible automatically for existing promo services as well or only new orders?
