Anyone familiar with netim's hosting and how to create websites on it?

Only just bought it last night so haven't looked thoroughly in to it yet but I was not able to figure out how one manages your website with it.
I got the free plan - I know it will be limited but I can buy a different package later or get a vps from another provider but want to try this first as the site will be a simple forum and no traffic yet so fine for testing at this stage - and do not see any kind of cpanel or such to control file transfer and the like.
I did see ftp details is that the only way? so just get the site how I want it locally and then upload to the hosting? I also didn't see how to manage databases, it said there should be a link on the left to take you to the page where the databases can be managed but the images in the article did not correlate to what I found on my dashboard.

Netim is best for domains. If you use them as hosting - it is your own problem.
Call me crazy but i can only find email hosting on their site. Sum ting wong.
