    Check using https://globalping.io/, it’s normal for IPs to sometimes have different geolocation, especially when they were freshly transferred

    The truth is that their servers are good and their prices are very good, but this sudden server shutdown and restart really scares me.

  • The status is IMHO a bit confusing. It says outage for offer nodes, but all offer nodes are online (green). Including my Y- node which is definitely down.

    Also, I subscribed to outage notifications by E-Mail but was not notified.

    I don't think this is a case of exaggeration. These are problems that can happen. The important thing is to work on them and resolve them.

    Hey, We are checking, it seems that one switch has been affected by the problems and therefore the technicians are making the necessary changes to resolve it at this time

    Yes, shit can happen. It if happens often, it's called a shitshow. The shit happens very often with this VPS.

    Only today:

    • High CPU steal
    • "Problems with a switch" - VPS down for hours
    • Suddenly bursts of high packet loss, so VPS unusable [After the message that previous issue with switch was resolved]

    This is just a random day of DeluxHost experience - and again, yes - I understand that sometimes things can happen. But as stated before: my experience is really bad with you. And it's sarcasm that after that message these kind of issues appear.

    Agreed.

    Once they have fixed this issue, you can set a countdown for 2 months knowing the next incident will happen within that period of time. It's not a question if, but when a new incident occur.

    almost 12 hours my VPS C-series offline and your monitor shows all nodes operational and 100% uptime XDDDD


    E-series went offline every few minutes.


    Very good monitor which shows weather on mars.

    I bought this VPS just over two months ago, and I've already experienced two severe outages.

    The first time, I let it slide – thought it was just bad luck. But now the second outage is even worse: it's still not resolved, and they can't even give a proper ETA.

    I tried reinstalling the OS – didn't help. I contacted support. They're always very polite: "Thank you for your patience", "We are actively working on it" – all the right words, every time. But here's the thing: polite doesn't fix the server. The problem is still there, and I still can't log in.

    So let me get this straight – in just two months, you've managed to prove, with back‑to‑back long outages, just how "reliable" your service really is.

    I'm done trusting this kind of stability. To anyone considering this provider: think twice. Don't make the same mistake I did.

    You're positive minded with your 2 months. Make it 2 hours:

    "We are currently addressing an infrastructure incident affecting a portion of our VPS services.

    During recovery operations, an additional hardware fault was identified within the affected rack, requiring on-site intervention and component replacement. Our technical team is actively working to restore all impacted services as quickly as possible.

    There is currently no indication of data loss. Further updates will be provided as work progresses.

    We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience."

    Within an hour of the multi-hour full downtime the VPS started to have severe packet loss - the third bullit on my list.

    I've had this VPS now for over a year and never reached a state that I can trust it enough to be actually used. To be honest, I'm done with this crapshow. Note to self: After a few experiences, never buy from an Italian provider again.

    I think it's obvious that it's a graphical bug. In fact, if you check carefully, this should be what you get, which refers generally to everything and not to every single offer. This problem will be fixed today, but the monitoring works fine.

    I think you're referring to the first outage when our datacenter went completely offline, something we can't do anything about. Serious or significant issues like this are extremely rare, so I still don't understand what you're referring to.

    Our recent uptime, beyond the datacenter and other small issues, has always been stable.

    If you think you're tired of this downtime and another one in April, I'm sorry, and I hope you find better.
