KhanWebHost BNB payment unpaid despite on-chain success; ticket ignored

ypikaypika Member

Hello everyone,

I would like to ask for advice and also see if KhanWebHost can clarify this issue.

I recently ordered a VPS from KhanWebHost and paid with BNB, but the order is still marked as unpaid in their billing system.

Order ID: 9246157252
Billing ticket ID: 693458
Transaction hash:
0xe24e540e009f7a9cffa8cbb43c2ecd8cec5e24e6d09edabd965d02f67e331f50

BscScan transaction link:
https://bscscan.com/tx/0xe24e540e009f7a9cffa8cbb43c2ecd8cec5e24e6d09edabd965d02f67e331f50

The transaction shows as successful on-chain, with the payment sent to the required address and for the required amount. However, the invoice/order has not been updated.

I opened a billing ticket on June 1. KhanWebHost replied on June 2 saying that, according to their merchant, the transaction was not completed, and that they had asked the merchant to check again. They asked me to follow up after 24 hours.

I followed up again, but several days have passed and I still have not received a clear update or resolution. At this point, it has been almost a week since the payment was made, and the billing ticket appears to be ignored.

I am not trying to attack the provider. I just want the payment to be manually verified and the order status updated, or to receive a clear explanation of what exactly is wrong with the transaction from their payment merchant.

Has anyone experienced a similar crypto payment issue with KhanWebHost or their payment processor? Any advice would be appreciated.

Thank you.

  • I have had a similar situation but ticket helped. I guess all you can do is to keep trying to get in touch via the ticket. Also, @AK_KWH

We face similar issues from time to time, and in many cases the payment is successfully accepted by the payment gateway. However, it usually takes 1 to 2 business days for the gateway to provide a response.

This issue can occur if the payment is not completed within the required timeframe, if an insufficient amount is sent, or if the payment is made using an incorrect network.

If funds are sent through the wrong network, the funds may be permanently lost and cannot be recovered.

We experienced a similar issue once with NOWPayments on a large transaction. It turned out that the user had sent $39 less than the required amount. The problem was eventually resolved.

in my opinion, you should give them some time. They are most likely already checking the transaction and working on a solution.

Why pay with bed and breakfast for vps?

The VPS comes with free breakfast, right?

I guess so. Also, does big black vps available?
