    My ticket still remain unattended since yesterday port : 80 is not working on my deluxhost W-Series. Please look into it. I also noticed I can't SSH into all my W-Series VPS too whenever I'm connected to any VPN. Where as I can SSH into my F and D series while connected to different VPNs.

    You have to build the server.

    1. Go to your service on Deluxhost dashboard,
    2. click on Open Control Panel button
    3. Rebuild
    4. You will get the login details by email when the process is done.

    I did all the steps. I even rebuilt but nothing is emailed to me. I just submit a ticket and it is emailed to me.
