Same here, but they don't see any problem

Currently we're not observing any connectivity and maintenance from our upstream.

Please check our uptime status at this page https://stats.uptimerobot.com/xCnCQ9vf75/797182877

Please note that monitoring less than 5 minutes will causes false positives and network noises. Short intervals catch brief network blips that self-resolve within seconds. If you check every 60s or less, you’ll see many transient failures that don’t reflect a real outage.

We run at multiple upstream, path changes during this period that it's acceptable for transition and path optimization carried by transit provider. Thank you.

Also, there is around 2% packet loss, but only at the end node. This is their response.

    Hi,

Traceroute uses probe packets that routers (especially at Internet Exchanges/IXes) often treat as low priority or rate-limit. That can make traceroute look worse than actual user traffic. A 2% loss at an intermediate hop typically does not mean your application traffic is being lost end-to-end. The routers in carrier may drop or not respond to traceroute probes while still forwarding real traffic normally.

Additionaly we've migrated your VPS to another node. Please reboot your VPS to apply changes and let us know your IP so we can checking further. Thank you.

Still the same problem though :'( I’ve decided to make full use of the server’s idling capabilities

    Thanks for sharing this report.

We’ve already escalated it to the upstream team/carriers. They’re seeing an issue where incoming packets are causing packet loss. Must be optimized right now.

Could you please open a ticket as we’re not sure whether this is related to a specific node or to the network on your VPS, and we’d like to be able to optimize accordingly once we have more details from your report.
