Finland VPS for under $3
So far I've found these providers offering small VPSes for $3 or less per month in Finland:
Gullo (Hetzner)
Upcloud (own DC)
Unclear if qualify
Godlike (under $3 plan is just a promotion that does not renew)
FinlandVPS (no network information that can be verified)
Disqualified
HostVDS (routes domestic traffic through Russia)
The.hosting (routes domestic traffic through Sweden, shutting down operations)
Tietokettu (outside Helsinki metro area)

Absolutely in love with Tietokettu - why did you disqualify it?
Because they are single homed and have higher latency.

I don't have any FI machines, but my DE VMs from @Cam (Hetz as well) work like a (small) tank for no less than 5 years.
More stable than some higher priced providers I ha(ve/d) a VPS with.
Approved, even if that network page could substantially be approved. Hostkey ASN. Good domestic routes.
finlandvps.com redirects to host4fun.com, the really price is $5.00 /m instead of $3.00/m as advertised at finlandvps.com
