128MB NAT VPSes do not offer Alpine as an option. Will Debian even boot with so little RAM? If it does, how much free memory is there? Is there any swap or can the user configure swap?
I know there is no support, but will you at least respond to tickets if services are down?

Debian will boot. There is not going to be much free memory on a 128MB server. No, there is no swap, if you want more ram, then you can always upgrade.
