  have the 2 core 9950x. any sort of high cpu usage and the server goes offline. is this hard coded cpu limits? and i dont mean long sustained usage. ocasional bursts to 50-80% and the server gets killed. wth?

  Generally we do not limit CPU.

  However, there is IOPS limits.

  Most probably your application/software crashes, when there is no further cpu allocation available.
