Caution: BitsFlowCloud
My point isn’t that people shouldn’t buy their products, but that everyone has the right to know their history before buying them.

What BitsFlowCloud itself admitted
Hong Kong PRO procurement problems in May 2025.
They say a procurement partner hid the real costs/configs and delivered servers with much lower bandwidth than expected.UK / London migrations from May to September 2025.
They admit the UK node was migrated at least three times in four months. Their own page says this was basically chasing cheaper resources at the cost of stability.Hong Kong instability from August to October 2025.
They say the node was migrated once, then hit by long DDoS attacks, and they failed to provide an effective fix in time. The node was eventually taken offline.Tokyo PRO did not last long.
It was launched in a hurry for Hong Kong users, then shut down after around two months.WHMCS to Blesta migration problems.
They admit most hypervisors went offline during the migration.User balance / asset handling problems.
This is probably the biggest one. BitsFlowCloud admits it deducted existing user balances by percentage, downgraded VPS hardware from EPYC/Ryzen to Intel Gold, and raised renewal prices.
They also admit the operator verbally attacked some users on forums and apologized for it.
What users complained about
Specific complaints included:
- Japan discount plans later being affected by migration / renewal price changes.
- PHX users saying they were moved to a new area with lower specs and higher pricing.
- One user said their PHX service went from 8C / 16G / 160G to 4C / 4G / 50G, with no ticket reply and old-site balance gone.
- Complaints about balance handling during the old-site to new-site migration.
- Complaints that compensation was handled as account credit instead of keeping the original service or refunding cash.
- Annual-plan users saying they faced repeated migrations and maintenance.
London bandwidth issue
There was also a London bandwidth complaint.
A user posted benchmark results and said the service used to reach much higher bandwidth, but after migration it became much worse. BitsFlowCloud’s explanation:relied on ToS wording that labeled port speed only means the theoretical maximum, not guaranteed real-world speed.
BitsflowCloud also replied that it had reproduced the issue and was contacting the upstream provider.
NoSLA refund complaint
The user said the product was advertised with a guarantee: if it could not be provisioned on time, there would be a full original-route refund. The user requested a refund on November 23.
According to the complaint:
- The refund timeline became “within 45 days.”
- The ticket was reportedly auto-closed more than once.
- The machine was later activated in the account even though the user had already requested a refund.
- The provider later said the refund would be completed before the end of the month.
- Then it was pushed to January 7.
- The user said the refund finally arrived after 38 days and after public pressure.
BitsFlowCloud replied that the refund would have been processed anyway, and blamed part of the delay on Blesta ticket workflow / “In Progress” ticket handling.
CPU policy concern
One more thing buyers should check is the CPU policy.
A user pointed out a policy where sustained 50% CPU usage for one hour may result in throttling to 10% for 24 hours. For anyone running real workloads, that is something to know before buying.

Holy AI
I aint read all that
I did use AI to polish the wording because English is not my native language. Sorry about that.
hi, english isn't my first language too,
use a deep translator or type as much as you can , no one will judge you because of your language, out of 20 guy here only one is native speaker, just use your own style
My only purpose in doing this was to warn others. If this caused any trouble or inconvenience, I’m sorry.
Guess what... it isn't mine (or the one of a large portion of LET in general) either, so i'll just grab a dictionary whenever i run out of words and you wouldn't believe it but i actually learned a bunch of fancy ones over the years. Sometimes it's just mind blowing what the human brain is capable of.
Relying too much on AI has made me lose most of my English . I don’t even understand basic grammar anymore. I really need to start learning it again.
WIthout artificial intelligence, I wouldn’t even be able to write in my native language.
At least you are in good company. This is likely what is going to happen for about 90% of the world population in regards to just about any skill.
hell ye
Go outside and talk to people.
Is this the post I recall where they said their resources were cut in half but it was done live without a reboot/any downtime? I forget what post/company that was, I just recall a post about this magical resource change with no down time.
CPU usage rules are very common with shared/vps plans. If you're not checking this policy before ordering and then adjusting your order properly, that's 100% on you.
It probably wasn’t the post you mentioned. BitsFlowCloud had become notorious on the NodeSeek and couldn’t keep operating there anymore, so they came over to LET to promote themselves.
about second point, I agree with what you said.
after he operate the bitsflow himself, it’s more reliable.
reviews in nodeseek is nonsense. generally that’s a hype , spinning of vps except some metrics tests reports.
I’m not here to discuss whether BitsFlowCloud is reliable now, but to explain its history. Every buyer has the right to know about all of this.
NodeSeek does have many meaningless and hype-driven posts, but that doesn’t mean all posts there are invalid or untrue.
You're being too hard on OP. He has a FUP policy on thought and he's only allowed to use up to 10% of his brain for critical thinking over a 30 second period each 24 hours.
