Looking for route monitoring solution.

Hello people of LET,
We are trying to be more proactive in monitoring our network, we have systems that automatically staple shortest routes and caches them onto edge, but we are trying to further tune our anycast down to a grain of sand.
Egress traffic is already heavily optimized, Currently we are trying to optimize all our ingress routes, although we have no complaints about high ingress latency we want to be sure that we are not missing any blind spots, especially if we are planning on releasing roughly 8 more PoPs by Q4.
Requirements:
- Large distribution in global probes
- MTR/Traceroute based (Hard requirement)
- Can host public and customizable monitoring page.
- Must be able to detect packet loss and disclose onto monitoring tabs.
We need something external from our network.. well because it would be pointless monitoring our OWN network from our OWN network.

I’m sure @spuyet could build something great for this. He may not have the PoPs, but you can bring your own agents, and his dashboard can ties everything together in a really clean way.
