  Have you got a preference for what sort of CPU and location in the US? You could check out GreenCloud they have a few US locations.

  250 Mbps + 1 Mbps each day.
  The rest of the specs fit nicely if the eastern border is OK for you. Basically indistinguishable from New York:

  • 4 dedicated AMD EPYC cores // 4 GB RAM // 120 GB NVMe (ref)
  • Unlimited @ 250 Mbit/s with daily speed increase ~or~ 12 TB @ 10 Gbit/s (noref)

  For $10 you can get two times bigger plan, also there's a 6c / 6GB / 180GB one in-between.
