There was, Dedicube or so, they deadpooled.
Besides Scaleway aka Offline.net and Kimsufi there is nothing, in Europe, below 10€
I see that ikoula still have dedis for +- 10€ so you might take a look
french baguettes
Is there really a dedicated server provider named French Baguettes or is this merely a reference to the location of the known offers?
Meaning OVH (Kimusfi)
interesting to see that only the french have the really lowend dedicated serveurs in europe. Maybe competion between those companies drives the french prices down.
Old rust + low energy prices
I actually did mean digicube not dedicube.
However, yea they deadpooled.
They had similar to the KS1 4-5€ priced servers.
Serverroom Opteron X2150 4c/8G/32G 5€
At that price point I would treat the dedicated box more like “old hardware with a public IPv4” than a normal dedicated server. The important checks are usually not CPU specs but: disk health/replacement policy, rescue/KVM access, IPv4 included or billed separately, VAT/setup fees, cancellation rules, and whether the network is rate-limited after some threshold.
If it is for backups, labs, or non-critical services, these machines can be good value. For anything customer-facing, I would rather pay a bit more or use a small VDS with clearer support and replacement expectations.
I used this before under their other brand (?) Primcast - worked fine for the time I had it (for the price).
Scaleway Dedibox 5€
