    I would like to express my dissatisfaction regarding the current situation with the shell/system, which suddenly stopped working without any apparent reason.

    I have already attempted to boot it several times, but it simply does not start anymore. There were no visible issues, warnings, or actions taken that could justify this failure, which makes the situation even more frustrating.

    At this point, I would appreciate an urgent analysis of the issue and a clear explanation of what may have caused it, as well as the necessary steps to resolve it as soon as possible.

    Hello sir, we have analyzed the situation and came to the conclusion that your VPS is down. The VPS needs to be in active state to be able to function correctly. Hope that helps.

    Hello.

    My VPS is stopped and cannot boot.

    IPv4: 85.208.9.135

    When I press Boot, the task is cancelled with this error:

    "The system failed to respond to the action request. Further attempts are likely to be cancelled until the system is responding normally. Try again in five minutes."

    Please check the host node / hypervisor and start the VPS manually.
    Do not rebuild the server, please only boot/recover it.

    The storage server is a joke.
    Top speed was 6 MB / s.
    Support want's a lot of details so i measured it once ever 15 min. reading 100 mb from the storage - average speed is 3,4 mb/s ....

    )The server keeps rebooting constantly. Support says there’s no problem. The main issue is that after a reboot, their VPS shows “NO BOOTABLE DEVICE” and does not start automatically. You have to log into the control panel and manually reboot it 5 to 10 times before it finally starts. For such experiments, the hosting provider should be the one paying extra, not charging the ones being experimented on.

    same, this time it last for 3 days, and they keep selling shitty VPSs nonstop. That why price never went up of $6 lol

    My VPS appears to be down and I am unable to bring it back online.

    I have already tried multiple times to restart it through the control panel (boot) but unfortunately it remains offline and none of my attempts have been successful.

    Could you please investigate the issue and bring the machine back up as soon as possible? This service is important for my operations, so I would greatly appreciate your prompt assistance.

    I'm starting to get really disappointed with the support. I've been trying for over a month to get some of my servers canceled. No luck—either I get follow-up questions that have already been answered multiple times, or the ticket is simply closed automatically by the system because there hasn't been a response in 72 hours, even though my last reply was the most recent one.

    I don’t feel like waiting around again for the servers that have already been canceled at the end of their term to just get renewed again, forcing me to open new tickets and go through multiple rounds of back-and-forth before I finally get my money back for the canceled servers.

    I don’t understand what’s so hard about canceling three servers right away.

    I’m going to reopen this ticket now and ask you to finally resolve my issue.

    That is not surprising; if many people initiate restarts simultaneously, a large backlog will eventually build up on the server, which in turn results in a slow or unresponsive server.

    Perhaps it is better to wait until the DDOS attacks are finally mitigated and maintenance is completed. I cannot imagine that tech can resolve the situation if there is a high load on the servers because everyone feels the need to request a reboot.
