The statement mainly refers to situations involving abuse reports, spam complaints, malware/phishing investigations or legal requests where limited investigation may be required to resolve the issue.
Outside of abuse handling, customer privacy is respected.
Correct, the higher plans are mainly designed for customers who prefer a single larger VPS with more dedicated resources instead of managing multiple smaller instances.
