I wasn't referring to identity, I assumed no one used their real details even when buying a domain for regular use. I meant weak as in easiest to take down.

You should avoid that everywhere. There are tons of selfhosted analytics services which respect user privacy. And google is crap.
In general, unless you host terrorism/CSAM/drug type of things, for copyright related matters you just get domains seized/disabled and servers banned.
I would also discourage accepting any sort of card payments (kofi/BMAC/etc), because you start punching holes in your anonymity at some point.
