  I'm not really aware of a lowend option for massive multithreading but Hetzner should allow you to spin up a 110 (not entirely sure - been a while but i think it was something slightly above 100) core instance if you nicely ask support to remove the cap. Billing is hourly, so if you don't need it for that long it'll probably fit your budget. For a whole month i guess it's probably more than $15 though.

  Edit: Seems it's just 48. Guess ~100 was the amount of threads i was throwing at it or they reduced it over the last couple years.

  These packages are quite CPU-focused, the cores are dedicated.
  Both options fit the budget, yearly is a bit cheaper:

  Less cores, lower bound:

  • 8 dedicated AMD EPYC cores // 8 GB RAM // 240 GB NVMe (ref)
  • 24 TB @ 10 Gbit/s ~or~ Unlimited @ 250 Mbit/s with daily speed increase (noref)

  More cores, upper bound:

  • 12 dedicated AMD EPYC cores // 12 GB RAM // 360 GB NVMe (ref)
  • 36 TB @ 10 Gbps ~or~ Unmetered @ 250 Mbps with daily speed increase (noref)
