  @suut - If I know they are an abuser they are banned irrespective of forum.
  However 'good' ex NS clients that are members of LET can PM me and I can check their profile and if also good their service can be resumed

  @HoshinoAya - I got a lot of initial criticism about requesting personal information so really want to keep everything to a minimum. Some people are still suspicious about what minimum I currently collect. When I took over FOSSVPS clients did not 'trust' us with PI which I can understand, my feeling was and still is 'if you don't trust us why should we trust you'?
  Also collecting that sort of information changes the whole principle of what FOSSVPS is.
