  If all else fails, buy a new server with VNC feature, and copy over the files or restore from backup.
  Let the bad server idle for next 6 months.

  I did never created root password why because it was already default login with PPK file

  and I have PPK file as of now

  that means wrong key, check your keys
  also delux have vnc access, there is button in cp to enable it
  
  EDIT: with vnc you still need root pass, so if you know it, and can login as user its better as @yoursunny said use su

  you know Public key was bind with username of desktop
