Chunkserve VPS
@Chunkserve They haven't delivered the server to me, even after 3 days since the payment was approved I still haven't received it. I've already opened a support ticket and it still hasn't been
resolved.

Hey, Automation issue. Today your server will be created manually
@Chunkserve Just give me a refund, please. I don't think this will be resolved anytime soon.
I've waited too long already.
I already replied to you on the ticket. We were speaking about this also today at midnight. Before my last message and current reply there were less than 24 hours.
I wanted to ask this for a long time already: The idea of chunks always gives me a rather nasty mental image and your logo looks a little bit like a swastika - is this intentional? Like some kind of shock marketing?
@Chunkserve I want to share my experience and hopefully get this resolved.
On May 25 I ordered two Storage 4 servers and paid both invoices in full — one via Stripe (invoice #6021, order 2187877199) and one via PayPal (invoice #6023, order 9444111182). Both showed as paid, but the service stayed "pending."
Timeline:
May 25: both paid, opened a ticket.
May 26: got "I'll look at it tomorrow morning."
May 27 (night): reply saying "servers activated" — but only one server (nl-storage2) was actually provisioned. The second, fully-paid order was never set up.
Two issues remain:
Only one of the two paid servers is live. The second is still not provisioned.
The active server was delivered ~3 days late, but its billing period still reads 25/05–24/06 (so I'm paying for days I couldn't use), and it unexpectedly shut down 4 times within the first 24 hours.
I'd appreciate it if you could (a) activate or refund the second order, (b) adjust the expiry date on the active server to cover the lost days, and (c) explain the repeated shutdowns. Happy to update this thread once it's sorted — just looking for a fair resolution.
