On 11/5 I asked for a refund via ticket (using their 7days money back guarantee).
On 15/5 I contacted them again, why they didn't respond. If there was a problem..
On 18/5 they told me that they would refund and it would take 72h
On 27/5 I ask for an update, didn't receive any refund yet.
On 31/5 received that the ticket was closed. No response, no refund.
So opened up a dispute via PayPal and already received response that the case is closed and I'm getting my refund.
So I don't know about their "7days money back guarantee"...

I don't know, it didn't show up on the yabs output. The URL has the results.

My EPYC 7443P was down for 3 days - & is now back up (after starting in the CP) - & seems fine.
Probably worth trying the same, a hypervisor issue should be fixed now

Same situation as @SwordfishBE
I have filed a dispute with the seller on PayPal.
I also requested that PayPal warn or penalize the seller.
I have no intention of escalating the situation, but I will not tolerate fraudulent behavior.

I have used servitro VPS last year but I didn't continue this year because the firewall rules do block all my SLOWDNS host IP address except Google DNS IP 8.8.8.8. Even most times 8.8.8.8 get blocked too. I created several tickets but the support didn't even respond to help out. Though the VPS is good for for VPN methods except slowdns which I mostly needed
