I highly recommend Sitehub if you need network services in Africa. They have really good network engineers on staff and can accommodate advanced requests. I needed to optimize routing from Lagos to a VPS in Cameroon, and they were able to help.
Their Max VPS pool also offers a TON of resources for a good price in a region where service of this quality isn't as readily available as it is in places like Europe.

Otherwise, can vouch for HostDoc, VPS is pretty stable in AFRIKAAA.
+1 for SiteHub. When there were some networking problems, they handled it superbly and gave a good impression that they really do know what they're doing. Bandwidth caps are a bit strict but hey, it's Nigeria, so it's to be expected.
