  Rates are good, but Crypto and PayPal are limited, and must accept payments from Visa/Mastercard. If you provide the KVM, can I install Windows on it?

  Looks like the issue persists for Dallas 16GB. Could see 2 availabilities on the promo page, but saw OOS after clicking in.
