Hey @Dedispec I've reached out multiple times for consecutive days till today and you didn't even reply to me after I paid. I paid for a E5-2696v4 256GB last May 18 and Windows Server 2022 needs to be installed. You tried it and I saw via VNC but turns out that your box has problem for Windows installation. Your other box same CPU but with 128GB RAM is a different story. I renewed it and paid for the new server in 1 transaction and after getting the payment you just stopped replying to my tickets. I can see that you are active in here but you kept ignoring my tickets. This is so unprofessional. When an order is paid you just left customers hanging.

"Shortly" my ass.

    I've had a ticket open for over 24 hours without a response; apparently, this kind of delay is common.

    The OP is very light on details and the one ticket screenshot is useless. While the OP might sound like OP is not at fault, I'm calling a "it's always the husband OP"

    Why would anyone need the provider to install the OS for them?
    Mount the .iso with virtio drivers and do it yourself over VNC.
    This way you know what you are getting.

    Not saying this is the case here, but some providers do provide dedis without IPMI access in which case you usually do need to request an OS reinstall

    Fair enough - for a cheap OVH/Scaleway/any other dirt cheap "flash" deal.
    But a provider that offers E5-2696v4 256GB without IPMI or a basic rescue console?
    That's a $200+ offer with that provider, not exactly peanuts. Unrealistic.

    //
    Even then you don't need the provider's help. Just dd the raw image to /dev/sda.
    That's a different story, advanced acrobatics, you can still manage without a console.

    This seems like lack of technical skills from both parties.
