Serverbear (serverbear.eu) downtime? NL server offline
Hello everyone,
Is anyone else experiencing downtime with Serverbear? My server located in the Netherlands has been completely offline since yesterday. Their main website (serverbear.eu) is also down, meaning the client area is inaccessible.
Does anyone know what is happening or have any information regarding an ETA for a fix?
@sb_th - Could you provide an update on the current situation?
Thank you.

Last active February 4th. Don't think you'll be getting any answer.
There's a fair chance it's related to this: https://lowendtalk.com/discussion/217534/netherlands-seizes-800-servers-of-hosting-firm-enabling-cyberattacks#latest
Just a guess.
That's a wild guess and I don't see the link. ServerBear has, AFAIK their hosts in Eindhoven, so not in Dronten or Schiphol-Rijk.
Like I said just a guess.
what's the confirmation of your server in NL? they used to resell lsw and they have some owned new hardware, since https://www.leasewebstatus.com/ said no incidents then maybe you are in their new hardware, but one day and client area is down then there's a red flag 😆
Looks like they use https://cbws.nl/
files.serverbear.eu from their sales thread is still online.
They use NorthC Eindhoven

You first said "fair chance". After that you call it a guess. I say that is a wild guess, and to be honest, even more like spreading rumours that don't have prove for them. If you don't have strong indications or prove that a hoster is in some way involved in crime, then don't imply that.
Whoa dude. I didn't imply anything about anyone being involved in a crime. The folks that got arrested were providing services to downstream providers, as shown in that thread. I've never even heard of the host referenced here. It was just meant to be a "hey, check this out and see if it applies. Cool your jets. If their own site is down and they haven't notified customers, then I'd say that there is a fair chance that it could be related to recent big news.
Yeah, it seems they're also related to cloudbear so I've send an email, and I got a fast answer :
Once I was able to login and restart the VPS, I was able to join it again.
Thanks for your help!
We're they a provider on here?? Wtf is going on with these providers
You mean providers involved in sketchy stuff that are or were on LET?
There's so many "verified" providers on here that have all kinds of issues, deadpools, scams, bait and switch, full lies.
All that "verified" means is that you have a business and paid a fee to advertise here. It's up to the community to weed out scams or crappy providers. Usually the genuine scams are kicked out pretty fast, but deadpools are not uncommon. The community is responsible for realizing whether or not an offer is unsustainable.
There are plenty of reputable providers here, but also plenty of new ones that haven't yet realized how hard the industry is and may struggle to handle tickets, MJJs, genuine issues, fake issues, DDoS, chargebacks, etc.
