  Depend on the provider, some does support but some not. You shoud send support ticket instead of askiing LowEndSupport, your VAT has been x4.

  VAT is applied by EU companies to EU personal customers. Turkey doesn't have VAT so their KDV (VAT equivalent) doesn't have same rules as VAT.

  Ask to provider and see what they say?
