Hi i am currently looking for a streaming RDP with unmetered bandwidth and a option to install vpn budget under $15.

What location / specification ?
Any location is fine
We offer VPS with unmetered bandwidth, 2Gbit connection based in the UK
You are going to have a hard time with streaming if your latency is too high.
Also, RDP is not the best protocol for fullhd/4k streaming in general, it was never designed for such stuff. So better get a storage VPS / seedbox, you can have VPN on both but it's not usually mandatory unless you seed on public trackers.
