I'm continuing to dig and will post here to aggregate this info for search engines. Kind of funny to me.
I have a VPS with them on AS44382 on which I run this Tor non-exit relay.* They are a Turkish company and their main product line are VPSes in Turkey. They're good for the price, but there are two issues that can be a dealbreaker for some:
So unless you want to OOM, I suggest you add
blacklist virtio_balloonto/etc/modprobe.d/blacklist.conf. That will completely solve the second problem because memory ballooning requires cooperation from the guest. I have no idea if their US location has those problems or not. There are certainly better hosts if you want something in the US (there are just more hosts to choose from in the US), but I'm not disappointed with their Turkish VPS. Could be better, could be worse. They aren't scammers for sure, but they are not high-end by any means either. I like them because they allow unmetered bandwidth (or at least I haven't run into any limit yet) and accept cryptocurrency without KYC. Their live chat is broken (the link just loads their index page), but support is not unresponsive. A bit slow, though.
All in all: good price, mediocre but not awful support, and good bandwidth, but they oversell. Not suitable for prod imo, but I consider them worth it. @zGato also has a VPS with them. He may be able to give additional insight.
If you want to go with another host in Turkey instead of VPS.tc, there's @Rabisu and @tarisu who are both members here. I haven't gone with the former due to a proxy block on their login page, and I haven't gone with the latter due to relatively strict bandwidth limits, but plenty of people are happy with them. They are alternative options for a VPS in Turkey if you decide not to go with VPS.tc.
* Also an I2P router, a Hyphanet (Freenet) node, a Syncthing relay, and a Globalping probe.
I’ve been using their servers for over a year. Initially, their data center was one of the best, but since they switched, the service has gone downhill. Both the IP quality and uptime are now terrible.
Did you miss the fact that it literally spells out 1234567? and their "new york office" is 555-1234
I have another tip, you should look into how many sites use [email protected]!

Yeah exactly. It's just a template scam website with example data. I'm fully willing to talk shit.
My VPS with them disappeared for months and they completely ignored my tickets. Revolut sided on my end and I got a full refund, and then some months after my VPS suddenly appeared again so it's there sitting idle as a Tor relay
Would not recommend them personally. Support was good at the beginning, and even friendly, but my last experience has been horrible.
People should stop using "shitty" and "scam" interchangeably. It's certainly not a scam. It's just not very good.
can't recommend. had nearby year experience with them: inadequate support, unplanned reboots/shutdowns, double price up.
don't take if don't want headache
I just saw a forum member post a warning. I wonder if you’ll take it into account.
I purchased a VPS from them, paying with USDT. I paid 12.36, but I was actually charged 12.37. After I reported the issue, the seller stopped responding. They are a very bad seller.
We should organize a go fund me for you, i can chime in with 0.00001 USDT to ease your grievances
