What does the Dutch government do with seized servers? Do they keep them or eventually auction the base system off?
Usually in EU if something is seized for illegal activities they destroy them.

Actually surprisingly common that hardware is eventually returned.
Even the hardware sized during the CyberBunker raid was returned after the case was over.
Even when stuff can't be returned for a variety of reasons, its usually auctioned off.
There are dedicated auction platforms just for sized goods.

PQ Hosting/The.Hosting owners are Russian? or which other country?
I have no idea about the actual ownership but i think there were a couple posts of people claiming (not here but somewhere on the web) PQ would (over a couple corners) be connected to ex-RBN operations. No idea if or how much of that was true but they were always somewhat shady and i vaguely remember that it actually clicked for a couple of details. I didn't really care at the time (or actually do now) since i never contemplated dealing with them but it should be no surprise if it actually were to be true as it wouldn't be the first host with such allegations having been active on LET.

they have them as upstream provider for multiple locations but not all are affected only ones that was in mirhosting/serverius dc.
I'd like to avoid them simply because they have given flow telemetry to Team Cymru, but I only have one service with 4vps and it's in Greece (upstream AS209847 - WorkTitans B.V).
WorkTitans is the.hosting's shell company.
Welp. Guess I should decommission that Tor relay soon (and should have actually read the report).
Hopefully they aren't exporting NetFlow records to Team Cymru at that location.
They use WorkTitans for the following locations:
Croatia, Latvia, Greece, South Korea, Australia, Armenia, Macedonia, Ireland
It would honestly explain why a lot of these locations turn out to be pretty bad performance.
I think hope is here in the wrong place, seems they capture everything and doing with this an very dangerous and lucrative side business.
better cancel everything what they operate, pretty pretty criminal actors.
