Use Github Actions to keep GitHub Actions alive to keep GitHub Actions alive to keep GitHub Actions alive.

    Sounds like a plan!

If you use cligram (a Telegram client for the terminal) then any VPS or shell account can handle it, even the smallest one

Did you try using this one yourself or it's just a chatgpt suggestion?

Heard Telegram isn't very enthusiastic about clients like this.

Firstly, that's a very weird thing to plan for, chances are high you're not gonna care about your Telegram account after you actually die.

Second, if you actually want to do this reliably, never hope on any single provider, they all close down or deadpool, given enough time. At least 5-10, and have each login once a month, on different days, or as said above, since the deletion period is 2 years, even like once per 6 months would do.

But an actual sensible plan would be writing down a will, and then have your heirs keep it up. Or if they won't care either, then what's the point to begin with.

Yes it’s been installed on my server for months already, so not a gpt suggestion. Telegram (unlike whatsapp) is very tolerant of such usage and has an open source spirit around API and third party projects, as you can tell from tons of other projects that have been around for years.
