Nothing but good things to say about Ace Host in Tampa (https://www.acehost.com). I've got 2 racks in their Durham NC facility and they've been top notch. Would suspect their Tampa location is just as excellent.

WebNX is a solid option in Utah and LA. If I was setting up a LA datacenter WebNX would be a serious consideration, provided I can do BGP.
Psychz is another excellent option in LA. I've never used them for colo, but they're a solid host, albeit pricier than WebNX afaict.
webnx price listed for 1U is $45 but when try to order it's showing $75

It was old promo pricing. If you want reliable, long term colo for single device you're going to end up paying $75-120/U, to be honest. My suggestion for US is Dedicated.com, I've used them for many years now, good company and people.
