I don't know their business, but they have 400G ports at LINX and LONAP and NL-IX, plus whatever transit capacity they have from their 6 T1s. I guess that either they have plenty of unused committed capacity they had to get for those fat ports, or they genuinely already have quite high traffic levels so it will average out in a big pool. And obviously most users will never average nearly that much bandwidth.

Still, it seems it could add up quite fast if a few people take the piss with no FUP...

@dan_onlyservers I'm curious, would BYOP as a direct downstream of AS249 instead of AS204044 be possible? For anycast AS path length reasons.
