I’m looking for a server located anywhere worldwide, preferably with a provider that is tolerant toward DMCA/copyright complaints, as I intend to use it as a seedbox.
Requirements:
4 × 8TB HDDs
1 × NVMe SSD for cache
10gbps port with 250-300TB bandwidth allowance.
Please let me know the available options and pricing.

I'd recommend our MD series with a storage box backend as off the shelf solution.
We don't make this small customer servers, we got some 6x 24TB Ryzens coming available soon tho.
