    KS-6

I had less luck with Mystery. The network there is weak.

What you mean weak? Mystery boxes with E-2288 and EPYC are on 10G-ready network so 1/1 Gbps can not be any problem.

  • zejjntzejjnt Member

When does the mystery boxes appear; is it completely random 1 and done, batches, specific month...?

  • huckenhucken Member

mystery was a one time thing april 1st '25 - it was kinda april fool for us lottery junkies and nobody knows, if they do it again.

Lol, you’re right. I checked and it’s actually a 1 Gbit network. It was sitting idle for a year because I thought the network wasn’t suitable for me. Looks like I mixed it up with some KS-LE server. Thanks 😂 now I can get rid of the KS-6 and put the load on the mystery server.
Being inattentive really leads to unnecessary expenses 😅

Again, OVH's QA is not doing its job well.
On the main page, RISE servers are now promoted as having 3 Gbps Public Bandwidth, while on the product configuration page it is the same 1Gbps which cannot be upgraded.

@FlorinMarian Not seeing any issue. All 1gbps.

They fixed it in the meantime but as you can see in the screenshot, it wasn't like that in the morning ^^

    Moved to @concept

There are also around 5 more KS-6 servers with 300 Mbps network, and possibly by the end of the week there will be one KS-LE-E and one KS-LE-D.
