Your support is lacking—please address this issue before showing up.
Oh, great unlimited data plan, but the 17u hard drive is too small, and the memory is also small.
support is almost nonexistent anymore, sadly....
Good feedback. Will prioritize. Thank you!
@Hassan
There have been a number of complaints from users over the past months
Please be more responsive and don't disappear for weeks at a time
i’ve had no issues with support tickets responding to has been within minutes
Getting better, apologies to anyone who has waiting a long time for help. WE had some gnarly migrations and IP Clawbacks to work through over the past few months which has impacted response times.
I’m still waiting on answers to my question about pricing. I didn’t notice discounts code here and my order price was 3.50 but should have been discounted?
I picked up a EPYC-1G1C16GN in Tampa.
The whole process was painless and I like the website & panel. I didn't use the "odo" application so far but it looks interesting.
The only issue I see so far is that the panel VNC access to my instance isn't functional for some reason.
Check your email!
all set
thank you for this!
I still noticed that the renewal is $3.50 so I assume the discount isn’t going to be reacuring
@melp57 ..the code is supposed to be reccuring. My instance shows "Cost $17.00 USD Annually" as expected. I assume that will be the same for renewal at such a time that I see an option to renew.
But in my case I didn’t realize the credit code when I ordered but was given a credit for the difference and my renewal still shows full payment so that’s what i’m asking if it will be adjusted for the discount code price.
I really like my purchase so far, it’s fast and I like the simple dashboard to handle things. I did have problems at first trying to get the password to be acepted when using my ssh client. I had to change the password several times before it worked.
If you're within the 3 day period and haven't invested too much time into it, maybe cancel and reorder using the code?
If you could put 2 to some use, order a second one using the code and just don't renew the first instance.
@Hassan seems to be quite busy so maybe just let it ride for the time being.
good idea thanks!
I just tried to do that but there’s no place to put the code just select options and payment type then all that’s left is deployment. most of the time it goes to the cart? Must be how I missed it the first time
Nice tool btw!
Every provider should provide a tool like this.
Panel is down
VPSs are down.
DET01 & TPA01 Degraded Network Performance
zero performance actually
i’m glad I pulled out of this service
Hostodo supports nested kvm virtualization you know? You can run a VPS inside your hostodo VPS without significant loss in performance.
That's really nice, that feature alone makes me love hostodo.
can’t order anything because the site is down and before i tried to order there’s no place to enter the discount codes
looks like this provider is gone for good
We had an incident and the console is back online. More details to come, apologies for the inconvenience @melp57
💯💯💯, we do support nested virtualization!
DM your ticket number and I will give make sure you are credited if you did not get the promo code applied properly.
