  Those are already pretty good, i would recommend them as well. Not sure if you'll find anything better at least here on LET.

  In Chisinau, Moldova there's also Trabia, they're rather established and offer colo services.

  In Ukraine i'm using https://thehost.ua/partner/37585 for over 7 years
  And even while the Kiev got bombed and power outages, i got zero (0!) downtime.
  Rock solid and i can only recommend. Support is instant too.
  Price is around $30/month for 1U. The only lack i can think of is 100mbit network included. Higher speed, anti-ddos is expensive...
