Hi, so you're hetzner reseller who accepts crypto and does support via email and whatsapp?

What if the entity requesting support over WhatsApp is a chatbot @datapasa ?

Yep, $2 credit for leaving a review, only credited if the user already had an active service when the review was posted. So it's real customers, not sign-up-and-review farming. Pretty standard practice in the industry.

Sorry, didn't mean to insult. There are some requests for hetzner resellers on LET lately so I don't think that's a bad thing in any way.

    Good luck with sales! :)

@datapasa No recurring discount after the first month? Iโ€™ll pass then.
Most LET users expect either a lifetime promo price or at least recurring discounts. At regular pricing this doesnโ€™t really stand out enough for the LET audience.

    No worries, no offense taken.

Small clarification: we don't resell Hetzner products as-is. We rent dedicated servers there and run our own KVM stack on top. Renting hardware from an upstream is standard practice in hosting, most VPS providers operate this way.

Correct on the Companies House records.

MTK Global / PureServers was my previous business. I ran it for almost 2 years and then sold it earlier this year. DataPasa is a separate venture I started after that, with a fresh setup and a different product focus.

    Why?

The customer base was heavily Russia-concentrated, and the situation there has been getting worse month over month โ€” more and more clients were running into accessibility issues even before the sale (blocks, throttling, payment rails breaking). Having most of my clients in one region that's degrading that fast was a serious risk: one bad disruption away from idle nodes I'd still have to pay for. Sold it to someone better positioned for that market and started DataPasa with a different audience in mind.

Sorry, I'm not following, could you clarify what you mean? I don't see how
changing a correspondence address relates to the customer base concentration I described.

The article mixes public registry data with the author's own interpretation, and presents both as findings. Grouping every entity that ever bought transit from a given network into a single "cluster" is interpretive framing, not a documented link.

MTK Global used NETSHIELD as one of its upstream transit providers. That's a connectivity purchase.

They Tunnel through NetShield first for DDoS Protection and cheaper IPs.
