    I am writing to you as a very satisfied customer. I’ve been using your VPS service for a while now, and I am truly impressed by its performance and stability.
    I previously inquired about the possibility of getting a bandwidth upgrade (doubling the monthly traffic). I completely understand if there are strict plan limits, but I wanted to kindly check if an exception or a promotional adjustment could be made for my active service:

    As I plan to host more personal projects and maintain a long-term subscription with Dedirock, having a bit more bandwidth headroom would be incredibly helpful for my deployment.

    We do sincerely apologize, however the node your VPS was located on unfortunately experienced multiple hard drive failures. While the server was configured in RAID5, an additional drive failure occurred, which resulted in data loss on the array.
