Network / Usage Notes

Each VPS includes a 1 Gbps LAN port with plan-based internet speed and a monthly transfer allowance.

If the monthly transfer allowance is exceeded, the VPS internet speed will be reduced to 50 Mbps until the end of the current billing month. Additional bandwidth can be purchased at USD 3.00 per TB.

Outbound TCP port 25 is blocked by default on all VPS services for anti-spam and network protection. Legitimate SMTP access may be enabled upon request and review.

Optional Add-On

Additional IPv4: RM10 per IP, subject to availability and review.

Payment Methods

We currently accept:
Curlec / Razorpay
PayPal

All payments are processed through our billing portal. Payment availability may vary depending on customer location, billing currency, and fraud/risk review.

    According to their ToS:

    9. Fair Use, Bandwidth, and Service Suitability

For avoidance of doubt, services used primarily for constant or unusually high bandwidth activities such as public proxying, CDN-style relay, storage/file exchange, streaming, download platforms, VOD-style delivery, or P2P/seedbox-type activity may be restricted, including traffic management measures such as bandwidth limitation, where necessary to protect network quality and other customers.
    ...

    10. VPS and Network Controls

Certain network controls may apply by default to protect platform integrity, abuse prevention, and IP reputation.

So I highly doubt Tor relays would be allowed, maybe Tor bridges?
    But it's always worth asking @bbmmsvr4u :)

    Thanks for pointing that out.

To clarify our position: Tor exit nodes are not allowed due to abuse handling and IP reputation risk.

For non-exit Tor usage such as bridges or middle relays, we do not allow it by default, but we can review it case-by-case via ticket. The customer must confirm it is not an exit node, must not generate abuse complaints, and must accept that traffic management or suspension may apply if it impacts network quality or IP reputation.

So in short: Tor exits no; non-exit bridge/middle relay maybe, ticket review required.

For Tor bridges or non-exit middle relays, we don’t allow them automatically, but we can review case-by-case by ticket. As long as it is clearly non-exit, does not create abuse issues, and stays within fair-use/network limits, we may consider it.

Nice. Also, what about CF connectivity, I see your LG is using prefix of AS132372. Does the traffic to CF zero rated or not?

    Good question rqpu.

    Thanks for asking!

    Current LG/prefix is via GBNetwork / AS132372.

Cloudflare traffic is not advertised as zero-rated on our side at the moment. It is treated as normal plan traffic: counted on metered LET plans, and unmetered on plans that are sold as unmetered.

That said, we are planning to improve our bandwidth accounting so inbound traffic will be free and only outbound traffic will count toward the monthly transfer quota. This is not live/advertised yet, but we plan to include it in a future posting and apply the same traffic-counting method to existing eligible plans once implemented.

Connectivity to Cloudflare should be fine through the current upstream/peering path, but we don’t sell it as a guaranteed special/zero-rated route.

Tor relays can be configured to use a specified monthly bandwidth or a specified average constant bandwidth, so if you have a 2 TB monthly limit, Tor relays can comfortably stay within that (even if they would be capable of using more).

And indeed non-exit relays do not create abuse issues as they do not initiate any connections to third-party services. Only exits are capable of bringing in legitimate abuse complaints.

    Thanks for the clarification.

Yes, we understand that non-exit Tor relays/bridges can be configured with bandwidth limits and that they generally do not generate the same type of third-party abuse complaints as exit nodes.

Our position is mainly operational: we do not allow Tor-related services automatically by default, because we still need to consider network reputation, abuse handling, fair-use impact, and the specific configuration being used.

For non-exit relays or bridges, we are open to reviewing them case-by-case by ticket. The customer would need to clearly confirm that it is non-exit only, keep it within the plan’s bandwidth/network limits, and ensure it does not cause abuse, blacklist, or operational issues. Exit relays are not allowed.

So in short: non-exit Tor bridges/relays may be considered with prior approval; Tor exits are not permitted.

We do have packages for unmetered packages, I'm thinking of adding an option is either with traffic or unmetered. That's a good idea! Thanks

@bbmmsvr4u said: For non-exit relays or bridges, we are open to reviewing them case-by-case by ticket. The customer would need to clearly confirm that it is non-exit only, keep it within the plan’s bandwidth/network limits, and ensure it does not cause abuse, blacklist, or operational issues. Exit relays are not allowed.

Is there any option to have a customized package with a higher monthly traffic limits but lower bandwidth? For example, unmetered but only 10 Mbps instead of 300 Mbps?

Yes, you can get 10mbps unmetered now, on the website.

Yes there is an unmetered option for this.
